Molly C. Stojanov is an attorney specializing in bankruptcy law. She received her B.S. degree from Marquette University and her law degree from John Marshall Law School. After being admitted to the bar, Molly practiced criminal defense for two years before joining a large Chicago bankruptcy law firm. Seeing the need for more personalized, one-on-one communication with people in need of debt solutions, Molly started MC Law Group in 2008. MC Law Group has helped hundreds of people solve their debt problems either through bankruptcy, negotiation with creditors or other helpful advice when bankruptcy might not be the best option. Molly is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
Laura A. Hrisko has been practicing bankruptcy law for twenty years. She represents both debtors and creditors, and has represented several of the major U.S. banks in securing creditors’ rights under the United States Bankruptcy Code. Her legal experience includes years of contract negotiation, courtroom litigation, and corporate in-house functions. Laura received her bachelor degree in business administration from Saint Mary’s College, and her law degree and L.L.M. in taxation from The John Marshall Law School. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
Michael W. Hriszko is a certified paralegal who has been practicing in the field of law for eighteen years, including ten years specifically in bankruptcy law. His experience includes document preparation, filing with federal and state courts, interacting with clients, legal research and office administration. Throughout his career, he has worked for law firms as well as a national lending corporation in its legal and finance departments. He has been with M.C. Law Group for seven years.
